Potato cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup mashed potatoes 1 cup flour, ½ c onion, garlic, salt, pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pan seir like pancakes.oil to coat pan. Shredded Hashbrowns: Place potatoes in 350 F oven for 45 minutes or until soft through. Cool in fridge until completely cool. Shred in food processor. Place in ziplock for 3-6 months.
