Oven Baked Pumpkin Doughnuts!
My first time making these Doughnuts with a silicone doughnut mold. We’ll mark this one…not successful! The next batch of Doughnuts will be better!!
Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbspBaking powder
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin spice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Bake in 350⁰F oven for 15-20 minutes or until baked altheway through. Insert a toothpick into to Doughnuts to check. Dust with cinnamon sugar. So easy!
