Pecan Sandie’s Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup | or 2 sticks Butter (softened)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup to 1 Cup of Chopped Pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking tray with wax paper. Set aside.
  2. Cream together Butter, Vanilla and Powdered Sugar.
  3. Add Pecans and Salt. Mix
  4. Mix in Flour.
  5. Using a spoon or cookie drop, Drop cookies on baking sheet 2-3 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
