Butterflay Spinach is an open pollinated variet that grows large glossy green leaves. The plant will be 12″ – 18″ tall and wide. Harvest when small for tender sweet salad greens. Harvest when larger for cooking leaves. We offer a wide variety of varieties, including heirloom, hybrid, and open pollinated seeds. Growing Instructions
1. Choose the variety of Spinach ButterFlay seed you would like to grow.
2. Prepare the soil for planting. Loosen the soil and mix in a generous amount of compost or other organic matter.
3. Plant the seeds 1/2 inch deep in the soil. Space the seeds 12-24 inches apart.
4. Water the seeds thoroughly.
